Senator at the double
SENATOR Lines is doubling capacity on its new Mediterranean Express Service from early June. The announcement comes shortly after witnessing an increase in capacity for the carrier’s Mediterranean Express Service. Operational management director Mark Ehlers said: “The NMX, as well as the MEX, are the services most in demand with our customers since they directly interlink the strong growth markets of the Far East with the Mediterranean.”

Reederei "Senator Lines" verbucht gutes Jahr
Nach Verlusten im Geschäftsjahr 2006 ist die in Bremen beheimatete Reederei "Senator Lines" im vergangenen Geschäftsjahr in die Gewinnzone zurückgekehrt. Die Containerlinie erwirtschaftete 2007 einen Gewinn von gut neun Millionen Euro.

Senator Lines in der Gewinnzone
Die Containerreederei Senator Lines hat das Geschäftsjahr 2007 mit einem operativen Ergebnis von 14 Millionen US-Dollar Gewinn abgeschlossen. Ein Jahr zuvor hatte die Reederei noch rote Zahlen geschrieben. Geschäftsführer Hans-Hermann Mohr führt das positive Ergebnis auf die Umstrukturierung des Unternehmens zurück.

Senator doubles up on NMX service
Bremen-based Senator Lines has come to an agreement with Taipei-headquartered Yang Ming, its vessel operating partner, on the New Mediterranean Express service (NMX) that will double its slot capacity from early June.
